Machine description
We offer a hybrid CNC machining center for industrial 3D printing with precise 5‑axis machining, which can be performed both during and after the printing process.
This system is ideal for manufacturing large-volume components such as facade elements, formwork for the construction industry, or casting and pressing molds in mold making. It also enables the efficient and cost-effective production of prototypes as well as small and large series.

- The HybriDX-LT combines industrial 3D printing with precise 5‑axis machining, which can be performed during or after the printing process.
- Milling unit: Cardan-mounted working head with 14 kW and a swivel range of up to 46 °.
- Printing unit: Suitable for a wide range of printing tasks thanks to its lightweight construction, small melt volume, wide nozzle diameter and high output capacity.
- Printable materials: Suitable for the additive manufacturing of thermoplastics with and without carbon fibre / glass fibre reinforcement.
- An automatic plate changer for 12 tools is pneumatically fed into the work area and is integrated on the left side of the machine bed.
- A two-fold pick-up for additional units is installed in the machine room.
- Aluminium vacuum table surface and heated pressure plate.
- Steel strips with fittings and threaded bushings.
- Machining dimensions in X/Y/Z: 1,885 (1,700) x 900 x 600 mm
- Control: Sinumerik ONE, NCU 1740
- Additional accessories: 1 cooling unit for the milling spindle, separate air conditioning unit in the control cabinet, dry air material dryer.
