The ther­mal sepa­ra­ti­on pro­cess of laser (beam) cut­ting offers advan­ta­ges over other tech­no­lo­gies becau­se it works wit­hout cont­act, so the­re is no tool wear. This force-free pro­ces­sing of the work­pie­ces cau­ses only very low ther­mal loads and hence does not chan­ge the mate­ri­al pro­per­ties. Moreo­ver, this tech­no­lo­gy allows a high pro­ces­sing speed and per­mits the laser-pro­ces­sing of com­plex shapes, the smal­lest con­tours and drill holes start­ing at 0.7 mm mate­ri­al thickness. 

Pro­ces­sing of a wide ran­ge of mate­ri­als, such as struc­tu­ral steel, stain­less steel and alu­mi­num, will be pos­si­ble. Laser cut­ting is the ide­al pro­ces­sing method, espe­ci­al­ly so for com­pon­ents and com­po­nent groups that requi­re mini­mum work­pie­ce dis­tor­ti­on at best cut­ting quality.

Sheet metal processing

In sheet metal pro­ces­sing, we gua­ran­tee the hig­hest qua­li­ty and pro­cess relia­bi­li­ty based on the most advan­ced pro­duc­tion tech­no­lo­gies. Our ser­vices include, among other things, the pro­duc­tion of tech­ni­cal sheet metal parts and com­plex sheet metal assem­blies from thin sheet metal in sam­ple, small and lar­ge series. Here, the ran­ge of parts rea­ches from sheet metal covers weig­hing just 0.1 kg to bent parts weig­hing up to 400 kg.

Opti­mum use and the com­bi­na­ti­on of the advan­ta­ges of laser cut­ting and ben­ding will be pos­si­ble by desig­ning the sheet metal parts appro­pria­te­ly. This per­mits the pro­duc­tion of com­plex and cost-effec­ti­ve com­pon­ents from batch size 1 wit­hout any too­ling costs.
