The thermal separation process of laser (beam) cutting offers advantages over other technologies because it works without contact, so there is no tool wear. This force-free processing of the workpieces causes only very low thermal loads and hence does not change the material properties. Moreover, this technology allows a high processing speed and permits the laser-processing of complex shapes, the smallest contours and drill holes starting at 0.7 mm material thickness.
Processing of a wide range of materials, such as structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum, will be possible. Laser cutting is the ideal processing method, especially so for components and component groups that require minimum workpiece distortion at best cutting quality.

In sheet metal processing, we guarantee the highest quality and process reliability based on the most advanced production technologies. Our services include, among other things, the production of technical sheet metal parts and complex sheet metal assemblies from thin sheet metal in sample, small and large series. Here, the range of parts reaches from sheet metal covers weighing just 0.1 kg to bent parts weighing up to 400 kg.
Optimum use and the combination of the advantages of laser cutting and bending will be possible by designing the sheet metal parts appropriately. This permits the production of complex and cost-effective components from batch size 1 without any tooling costs.
