Welded assemblies
Be it welding work in steel or stainless steel, stud or spot welding, drilling, countersinking or threading work: We focus precisely on the customers‘ requirement profiles in order to produce tailor-made welding assemblies for tool, woodworking and wire processing machines, for example.
Equipped with 25 welding stations and extensive storage capacities, we are in a position to manufacture workpieces up to a total weight of 25 tons and a size of 17,000 x 4,000 mm quickly and efficiently at any time. Cranes with lifting capacities of 8 to 25 tons are available for material handling.

We tailor welded assemblies individually to customer requirements. We have first-class technical expertise in the manufacture of high-stability machine beds and welded parts for machine tools, CNC machining centers, wire processing equipment as well as other sophisticated systems, such as textile machines or press bodies.
Every year, we process around 3,500 tons of heavy plate, sheet metal and bar material and produce welded parts weighing up to 25 tons, each.
The sturdy machine bed of the CNC machining center VISION-III‑L comes from our group of companies.
