You can reach our hotline staff free of charge on the central telephone number +49 95 61 / 599-300 Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

An extended service hotline (Premium service package) is available outside these times and on public holidays.

You can contact them:
Monday – Thursday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Friday from 3:30 pm to 10 pm
Saturday / Sunday / public holiday from 8:00 am to 4 pm.
