You can reach our hot­line staff free of char­ge on the cen­tral tele­pho­ne num­ber +49 95 61 / 599–300 Mon­day to Thurs­day from 7 am to 5:30 pm and Fri­day from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

An exten­ded ser­vice hot­line (Pre­mi­um ser­vice packa­ge) is available out­side the­se times and on public holidays.

You can cont­act them:
Mon­day – Thurs­day from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Fri­day from 3:30 pm to 10 pm
Satur­day / Sun­day / public holi­day from 8:00 am to 4 pm.
