Hotline and teleservice
You can reach our hotline staff free of charge on the central telephone number +49 95 61 / 599–300 Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
An extended service hotline (Premium service package) is available outside these times and on public holidays.
You can contact them:
Monday – Thursday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Friday from 3:30 pm to 10 pm
Saturday / Sunday / public holiday from 8:00 am to 4 pm.
We help you to minimize risks efficiently and with understanding. And not just when there are already difficulties, but also through preventive measures.
That’s why you should use our extended hotline service.
You will receive the authorization number for extended customer service with your corresponding service contract.
