ECO-NT

The new ECO NT series by Rei­chen­ba­cher Hamu­el gua­ran­tees abso­lu­te con­tour accu­ra­cy, the hig­hest sur­face qua­li­ty and pre­cis­i­on. With its fixed and low-vibra­ti­on por­tal con­cept, the sta­tio­na­ry machi­ning table on a sta­ble sub­s­truc­tu­re and the very high Z‑axis, it can per­form any con­ven­tio­nal machi­ning operation.

All machi­ning posi­ti­ons at the work­pie­ce are machi­ned from all sides. The coor­di­na­te table con­cept with set­ting bus­hes and fixing holes allows a safe and quick com­po­nent chan­ge. With the 3D-pro­be the refe­rence points are read and memo­ri­zed in the con­trol sys­tem. In prac­ti­ce, this means hig­hest work­pie­ce accu­ra­ci­es. The ECO-NT types are of spe­cial inte­rest for cus­to­mers who pro­cess pla­s­tics, com­po­si­tes and aluminum.
