Flame cutting
Irrespective of the increasing importance of other processes, such as plasma, laser and water jet cutting, there is, economically speaking, no alternative to oxy-fuel cutting for thicker materials up to 600 mm. This applies in particular, when the cutting quality, a possible workpiece distortion due to higher heat input and the hardening tendency of the material are not decisive.
The optimum technical equipment ensures flame cutting to DIN at a high cutting quality. This means that serial parts can be cut with up to four torches simultaneously. Moreover, a direct transfer of the customer´s CAD data takes place, which saves time and reduces sources of error to a minimum.

Finishing
The post-treatment of components can further improve their material properties. Stress relief annealing significantly reduces internal stresses caused by thermal and mechanical machining processes, while sandblasting removes layers of rust and scale. This optimally prepares surfaces for priming, painting or powder coating.

Vibration stress relief
The metal-physical process of vibration stress relief reduces residual stresses resulting from welding and thus stabilizes the workpieces. This process, in which the workpieces are subjected to vibrations at specific frequencies, has considerable advantages over conventional stress-relief annealing in terms of applicability, speed and cost. Moreover, using this process it is also possible to increase the fatigue strength of workpieces that are too large for the annealing furnace due to their dimensions.
