Reichenbacher Hamuel machining centres are known for high capacity and reliability, long life and special ease in operation, mounting and service.
For optimum use of these advantages a service unit has been founded for the worldwide after sales service for Reichenbacher Hamuel machines. For our customers this means quick reaction in case of machine maintenance and repair as well as flexible service during purchasing time and afterwards.
The tasks of this service unit also include the ongoing needs assessment and support to existing customers of the former Maschinenfabrik Reichenbacher. Nothing is more expensive and unpleasing than a standstill of your equipment. For this reason, a separate spare parts hotline with its own buyer has been installed. Incoming orders until 3:45 pm usually leave our stock the same day, with every option for our customers, from normal dispatch to direct courier.
