With the ECO CNC-machining center, Reichenbacher Hamuel have utilised all their know-how and experience in high performance machine construction to develop a series that offers the highest levels of flexibility and productivity. For all applications, the ECO brings together the attributes of reliability, speed and precision, which are synonymous with the name Reichenbacher Hamuel.
The ECO is a self-contained. The vibration-free portal, which rests on two or three columns according to the size and table design, carries one or several unit carriages (optionally also at the rear of the portal), which perform the transverse and vertical movements of the working units.
Depending on production demands, the ECO can have one or two machining units that are controlled by separate NC-channels. The basic machine can be supplied with one single or with two tables with the option of additional tables to permit set-up work to be carried out while the machine is in production. This dispenses with the need for alternate loading.
