Hybrid manufacturing

Additive & subtractive manufacturing

Experience exceptional flexibility and limitless design freedom in the production of complex components with our modern hybrid systems. The perfect combination of additive and subtractive processes not only enables you to significantly reduce production times, but also to make substantial savings on material costs.

HSTM-LC

Repair machine for turbine blades & turbo compressors
The highly automated HSTM-LC machining center, which is equipped with advanced measuring technology and a laser application unit, offers manufacturers of turbine and compressor blades decisive technological advantages in the machining of components made from nickel-based high-temperature alloys or titanium.

HybriDX-LT

Hybrid production for thermoplastics

In the hybrid production of thermoplastics, the HybriDX-LT combines extrusion based on Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF) with machining in the same installation space. The continuous deposition printing process enables the efficient production of even large-volume and extremely resilient components.
