• Machi­ne body as an undi­vi­ded, com­pact honey­comb wel­ded con­s­truc­tion. Robust design of the com­pon­ents. Fixed machi­ne table.
• 1 car­da­nic working head with auto­ma­tic tool chan­ger and atta­ched 35 kW mil­ling spind­le for mil­ling, dril­ling, sawing, and grin­ding work. 20° down­ward swivel. 
• An auto­ma­tic disc chan­ger for 20 tools is atta­ched to the rear of the por­tal and moves along the lon­gi­tu­di­nal axis. 
• Machi­ne table design: 8 sup­port beams are arran­ged in the Y direc­tion and can be moved auto­ma­ti­cal­ly in the X direction. 
• The sup­port adjus­t­ment is rea­li­zed via indi­vi­du­al dri­ves. Each sup­port has its own X dri­ve with an abso­lu­te mea­su­ring system.
• Working are­as with simp­le loa­ding: max. 7,300 × 500 mm, three-sided machi­ning and front-end machining.
• Pneu­ma­tic pro­fi­le stop: A fixed stop sup­port is instal­led on the left side of the machi­ne table. The stop sur­face can be manu­al­ly fold­ed away for through-loading.
• Con­trol: Sinu­me­rik 840D sl (Safe­ty Integrated).
• Foot­print approx. 11.5 × 3.0 m.
