Machine description
We offer a 5‑axis CNC machining center that is tailored for use in carpentry workshops. The machine is designed to enable applications such as the manufacture of furniture parts, window frames, doors, stairs, interior elements, etc. up to a workpiece height of 200 mm.
The system is designed to be as compact as possible so that it can also be installed in smaller production halls. Safety is ensured by bumpers.
Technical data
- Machine body as an undivided, compact, honeycomb welded construction. Robust design of the components. Fixed machine table.
- 1 cardanic working head with automatic tool changer and attached 15 kW milling spindle for milling, drilling, sawing, and grinding work.
- Automatic disc changer for 15 tools, moves along the length axis.
- 16-fold drilling unit with individually controllable drilling spindles and two groove saws for row and construction drilling.
- Machine table design: Manual carrier table consisting of 8 individual carriers. Various suction cups can be attached to each of the beams. LED setup aid for suction cups and beams.
- 2× fixed stop beams, 20× individual stops, 4× support rails.
- NC axes: X1/X2 axis 4,400 mm (gantry axis), Y axis 1,600 mm, Z axis 450 mm.
- Maximum workpiece dimensions with standard equipment: 4,200 mm × 1,450 mm × 200 mm.
- Control: Beckhoff C6015-0010. Reichenbacher WOP user interface.
- Software NC-HOPS 7.0, incl. Work Center Multi, suction cup suggestion WoCe, 5‑axis simultaneous extension and additional laser projector module.
- Footprint approx. 6.7 × 3.5 m.
