In order to achieve this economically, the company relies on modern CNC-technology.

A long-standing machine supplier of Hoba had thoroughly dealt with the requirements of the intended unit. It took two years until this supplier finally rejected the project, but made a recommendation in our favour. We took up the challenge – basically speaking, this machine should be capable of performing tasks that would otherwise have required three machines.

In Switzerland, the name Bach Heiden AG is equated with premium and aesthetically superior fire protection products and with JASO®-doors. The company is among the market leaders in this sector. Founded almost 80 years ago as a village carpentry and joinery, the company has specialised in manufacturing highly intricate components by simultaneous CNC operations.

Pioneering a field is one thing, but achieving this in a technically and economically sensible way is another. Consequently the acquisition of a new 5-axis CNC system has been an investment in the future. The goal is to enable the traditional company to maintain its leading role as a manufacturer of door pre-products and supplier of system solutions for functional doors for interior and exterior use.

With curiosity and ambition, the company neuform-Türenwerk from Erdmannhausen near Ludwigsburg is constantly exploring trends, questioning the familiar, taking up new challenges and designing trend-setting solutions. As the product portfolio had become more and more customer-specific with batch sizes starting from 1, the company had to reposition itself.

More flexible, faster and more efficient production – that was the goal of door specialist Prüm. To this end, the company commissioned a new production system from Reichenbacher Hamuel, which set new standards for Reichenbacher in terms of complexity and speed. The ultra-modern high-performance machining center went into operation at Prüm in 2015.

Wooden windows and doors are the business of Wilhelm GmbH in Wees. In 2009, they purchased a new CNC processing center. Initially only for staircase production, but in order to achieve better capacity utilization, front door production was also transferred to this machine. To this end, “NC-Hops” was also expanded to include a corresponding frieze construction module.

To exceed customer expectations, Prüm-Türenwerk GmbH relies on Total Quality Management – consistently. So it comes as no surprise that the latest technology is used in the manufacturing process. The remarkable quality can be recognized at first glance, and the doors have recently been produced on a Reichenbacher system that is unique in terms of complexity and speed.
